Seoul Subway with Luggage: Coin Lockers, T-Luggage Desks & Elevators

Store luggage in Seoul subway stations: T-Locker sizes and prices, staffed T-Luggage desks, and how to find the exit with a street-to-platform elevator.

Station coin lockers (T-Locker)

Most lockers in Seoul Metro stations are touchscreen “T-Lockers”. Pick a size on the English screen, pay by card and open it later with a PIN or QR code. The base price covers 4 hours, with extra charged after that.

Large lockers fill up first at busy stations like Seoul Station, Myeongdong and Hongik University. Each station page shows whether its lockers are inside or outside the gates and how many there are.

Staffed T-Luggage desks

If lockers are full or your bag is too big, hand it to a staffed T-Luggage desk. They can also deliver bags to your hotel or the airport, so you can spend your last day bag-free after checking out.

Finding the elevator exit

Not every exit has an elevator. The “Step-free access” section on each station page tells you which exit links the street to the platform by elevator. Some transfer passages only have stairs or escalators.

Avoid rush hours with big suitcases, and board the cars marked with wheelchair and stroller symbols for more space.
